Iselda Canseco
A 25-year-old medic and daughter of a famous guerrilla fighter. Initially uninterested in revolution while studying pre-med, she was forced into Castillo's military as a medic. After witnessing government brutality against student protesters, she went AWOL and joined Libertad to continue her father's revolutionary legacy.
Seleste Carbonell
A 24-year-old pilot who learned to fly from her smuggler father. They ran supplies for revolutionaries until her father was killed when ground fire destroyed his plane during a mission. Now grounded with a broken aircraft, she fights on foot with Libertad while waiting to repair her plane and return to the skies.
Roberto "Beto" García
A 28-year-old mercenary who grew up in guerrilla camps across Latin America after fleeing Yara as a child. He returned expecting easy work but found only underpaid revolutionaries. After refusing a government contract and losing friends in a regime raid, he joined Libertad and now provides his services for free.

Low Profile
Passive: Your character does not appear on the opponent's minimap, regardless of the actions performed.
Intel Suit
Active: Periodic sonar waves share positions of enemies around you (default pulse tuning).
Digital Ghillie
Active: Renders the agent nearly invisible. Movement and aiming reduce the effect.
Sonar Goggles
Ultimate: Reveal enemies and hunt them down with Sam Fisher's 5.7 pistol.
Malee Sawyer
A 35-year-old Thai/African American military brat who learned tradecraft from childhood while moving between bases. After enlisting in the Marines at 18 and qualifying for Force Recon, she joined the CIA but became disillusioned after exposing criminal conspiracies. Her trust in others faded until a suspicious operative tried recruiting her for Echelon—she broke several of his ribs and accepted the offer.
Rafa Salinas
A 26-year-old Latin American intelligence analyst prodigy who started as a SIGINT specialist with exceptional pattern recognition and problem-solving skills. Recruited by Echelon, Rafa's former identity vanished as they became a black-ops legend. Known for working solo and dismissing other operatives, Rafa operates in the shadows with few knowing much about their true capabilities.

A 30-year-old Algerian American engineer who preferred building gadgets over playing with toys as a child. After joining the Marines to pay for college and earning his MIT PhD, the CIA recruited him. His first assignment involved designing identity-transformation gear for an embassy extraction. Now working for Echelon, he creates cutting-edge stealth technology for superspies who want to stay hidden on the battlefield.
Cleaners
Obsessive purifiers from The Division, wielding fire as their weapon of choice. These hazmat-suited extremists believe in cleansing the world through flame, excelling at area control and environmental manipulation.

Passive: Bullets inflict extra burn damage but decrease weapon range. (2 dmg. after each tick for a total of 8 dmg. Reduced weapon range is 10%)

Active: Napalm-delivering drone burns everything in its flightpath before exploding.
Firebomb
Active: Detonate a Molotov cocktail, causing explosive damage and igniting the area.

Corporal Gabriel De Rosa
A 26-year-old Italian American former soldier who struggled to leave his military mindset behind after being injured by an IED in Afghanistan. Always putting family first, he found work as a sanitation truck driver in Brooklyn but was criticized by coworkers for being too intense about trash collection. When his husband and daughter disappeared during the Black Friday outbreak, he joined the Cleaners to find and protect his family, once again becoming a soldier in their war against the Green Poison.
Darius "Green" Young
A 28-year-old African American sanitation worker whose disturbing enthusiasm for the job borders on the extreme. Moving from upstate to NYC, he approached garbage collection like joining the major leagues. While coworkers tried hazing him with disgusting tasks, Green just laughed—only slasher movies bring him more joy than sanitation. He can recite kill counts from every Friday the 13th film and has an encyclopedic knowledge of horror statistics, making his fellow sociopaths uncomfortable.
Tiana Kersey
A 27-year-old African American biologist who was raised by her grandparents after her parents died in a car accident. She became NYC's youngest water-treatment department biologist, dedicated to improving others' quality of life while navigating the dating scene. When the Green Poison (Dollar Flu) outbreak hit, her fiancée was among the first victims. Devastated but determined, she joined the Cleaners because their burn-the-germs approach was the only sensible solution in a world gone mad.

Carter "Rhino" West
A 31-year-old Caucasian American orphan from Pennsylvania coal country who discovered his parents' dark secrets while investigating their mysterious deaths. Born with an uncanny knack for self-defense and carrying a mountain-sized chip on his shoulder, he joined the Army seeking family and purpose. After being recruited and then rejected by the Ghosts for "anger-management issues" following just one mission, he turned to the Phantoms for payback against a world that failed him, considering himself a true-born mercenary.
Nazril "Singa" Reza
A 30-year-old Indonesian soldier torn between two worlds—his dock worker father's life of toil and his market trader mother's ruthless profiteering.
